It's too late and you won't lose belly fat in 2024

"I don’t have time right now; I’ll wait until January to start."


Well, at least that's what you're telling yourself right now.


We’re 90 days away from 2025, and a lot can be done in that time. But inaction and excuses are what cause you to lose confidence.


Losing confidence is the quickest way to stay stuck and fail to make progress.


I’m not here to tell you that inaction will keep you in the same place, because you’ve already been doing that for ages.



As of today, we have 90 days left in the year.


In 90 days, you could complete 90 ten-minute workouts in your living room, even if they’re light sessions. Or maybe just 20 sessions, because guess what? Anything is better than nothing 😉


In 90 days, you could go on 90 five-km walks, covering a total of 450 km.


In 90 days, you’ll have 360 meals — meals that will either help you build the body of your dreams or destroy it.


In 90 days, you have 2,160 hours. Even after sleeping 7 hours a night, that still leaves you with 1,530 hours.


So, are you going to keep putting it off, or will you wake up and stop making excuses once again?
